Tasting Notes
Langlauf is a Blanche beer with a malt and wheat base, its veil color stands out from other beers in its class with deliciously fruity taste and thirst-quenching flavor.
Langlauf is not only nutritious and easy to digest, but it also tastes better when shared with others.
It goes nicely with light soups and salads, vegetarian foods, sushi, Gruyère and Feta/goat cheese, sweet and fruity Asian dishes, and citrus-flavoured dishes, such as desserts and salad dressings.
Tasting Notes: Smell is reminiscent of oranges, coriander and pineapple. A champagne-like sparkle and slightly sharp notes enliven the palate.
Impressively fine and mild body with a finish accompanied by the fruity flavours.
